Lil Uzi Vert live

I had the privilege of filming Lil Uzi Vert live at the iconic Sherman Theatre in Pennsylvania, and it was an unforgettable experience that left a lasting impression on me. Despite not having any professional equipment at my disposal, I was determined to capture the essence of the moment.
Initially, I was there to take pictures of another artist who was opening for Uzi. However, after the artist's set, I was given permission to stay on stage to film Uzi's set. With just my Canon t5i camera in hand, I was ready to capture every moment of the performance.
Although I lacked the support of professional equipment such as lights and a gimbal, I was determined to make the most of what I had. I quickly adapted to the situation and used my creativity to capture stunning footage that did justice to Uzi's dynamic performance.
The entire experience was an adrenaline rush that fueled my passion for filmmaking even further. It showed me that with dedication and determination, anything is possible, even in the face of adversity. I am grateful for the opportunity to have filmed Lil Uzi Vert live and for the lessons it taught me about pushing my boundaries and never settling for mediocrity.

In 2017, I was given the rare opportunity to direct a short film that would be screened at the highly competitive BMCC Film Festival. At the time, I was serving as the vice president and co-founder of a fledgling film club at Kingsborough Community College. Our club was just starting out, and we were faced with a significant challenge: insufficient funding for our project. However, we didn't let that stop us from pursuing our passion.
We decided to tackle the challenge head-on and work with a budget of only $300. We meticulously planned every aspect of the film, from the script to the locations and the casting. We put in long hours, often staying up all night, to ensure that every detail was perfect.
Finally, the day of the festival arrived. We were anxious, nervous, and excited all at the same time. When our film was screened, the audience was captivated from start to finish. Our hard work had paid off, and we were rewarded with a standing ovation at the end of the screening.
Looking back, I am extremely proud of what we accomplished. The success of our film was a testament to our passion, dedication, and perseverance. I am grateful to the founding members of the KCC Film and TV club for their support, as well as the Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) for giving us the opportunity to participate in the festival. This experience taught me the importance of resilience and grit in pursuing one's dreams, and I am excited to continue pushing my boundaries and exploring new possibilities in my future projects.
